Bus stop observations

Permalink 06/18/08 21:32, by elvis, Categories: Main , Tags: kids, parents, school buses

The bus stop is at the corner near my house. Every day, at 7:0something AM, the bus arrives.

Every morning, my neighbor drives her daughter from her home to the bus stop. It is 3 houses (200 yards) away from her home. They arrive exactly 2 minutes after the bus leaves, and the daughter waits at the bus stop for the bus. The neighborhood is a loop.

The bus will drive past this kid’s house to continue the route.

Isn’t it a little silly to drive a child 200 yards, to wait at the corner for a bus that will drive past their house????
